State National Announces Addition to Program Services Staff

State National Companies announced that James Kilduff has been appointed the company's SVP, Chief Marketing Officer of the Program Services division.

Kilduff comes to State National with over 30 years of insurance and reinsurance experience. Most recently, he was with Benefits-USA, a national provider of health, dental, and other benefits insurance.

"Jim is uniquely qualified to lead the State National Program Services sales effort, will focus primarily on developing new relationships with managing general agents and general agents controlling books of business." said Terry Ledbetter, President, State National Companies. "He brings experience in underwriting and senior management positions with managing general agents, and underwriting and sales positions with U.S. and international insurance carriers. When you couple that with Jim's extensive alternative risk program development including captives and group self-insured programs, and experience in the London and Bermuda markets, we're confident he will be an asset to our Program Services division."

Ledbetter added, "Jim will be working closely with Luke Ledbetter who is responsible for developing our relationships with reinsurance brokers and David Cleff who is responsible for our reinsurer relationships."

State National Companies' Program Services help connect clients with market opportunity, with State National's three insurance affiliates serving as policy-issuing program carriers.
