We operate under a pay-for-performance philosophy. Your performance and contributions to the company’s overall success are directly linked to your opportunity to earn financial rewards.

Base pay: Our base pay is extremely competitive, internally equitable, and tied to performance.

Incentive compensation: The Annual Incentive Compensation program recognizes associates who go above and beyond to achieve goals and objectives for the overall success of the company. We know that the initiative of our associates is our most significant competitive advantage, and that’s why we’re willing to reward efforts that contribute to the accomplishment of key business objectives.

From the very first day, our associates have access to exceptional medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans — with full coverage for spouses and dependents.

Medical and prescription coverage: We offer two traditional PPO plans and two Consumer Plans with Health Saving Accounts (HSA).

Reimbursement accounts: These accounts provide tax savings on eligible healthcare, dependent care, and commuting expenses.

Vision coverage: Vision coverage assists in funding eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and frames.

Dental coverage: Dental coverage offers basic and major restorative services, including orthodontia.

Employee Assistance Program: This company-paid benefit provides professional and confidential referrals and assistance on a variety of topics, including retirement, relationship and family issues, legal, financial, and wellness information.

Wellness: Our wellness strategy is to create a culture of health that fosters a long-term commitment to healthy lifestyles and the reduction of health risks among our associates. We offer wellness credits for associates who fully participate in our wellness program, and also provide other health-related resources and activities.

We offer several options to help provide financial security for associates and their families, including:

  • Accidental death and dismemberment coverage
  • Business travel accident insurance
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability income
  • Life insurance
