As a founding member, Lonnie Ledbetter serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of the family-owned State National Companies, which is characterized by its employee-friendly, customer-centric culture. Lonnie has always worked closely with the sales team, servicing of accounts and managing the growing employee base through State National's experienced managerial team.

David Hale
David Hale serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his role on the Executive Committee, David is responsible for home office operations including accounting, management information systems, investments, human resources and marketing.
