STATE NATIONAL ANNOUNCES 2007 END OF YEAR SURVEY RESULTS
Clients Rate Company's Service Delivery
Fort Worth, Texas – March 1, 2008 – State National Companies (SNC), a national leader in collateral protection insurance (CPI) solutions, has released the results of its 2007 end-of-year customer service survey. After surveying over 300 clients, the results confirmed that lenders and borrowers value State National's effective communication, customer service, and experienced and knowledgeable staff.
State National handles more than a half million borrowers' phone calls, processes over a quarter million insurance confirmations, and completes more than ten million insurance transactions annually. As these numbers continue to grow, State National is committed to maintaining quality customer service.

The survey focused on account manager service delivery, overall company service and clients' overall perception of State National as a partner. The company's annual survey has seen exceptional results in virtually every category during the past three years, and this year's results continue to show increased customer satisfaction in key areas.
