State National Announces Sale of Corporate Headquarters to Pantego Bible Church

Sale Benefits Congregation and Local Community

Fort Worth, Texas – April 3, 2009 - State National Companies (SNC), a national leader in collateral protection insurance (CPI) solutions, made a $4.8 million contribution in conjunction with the sale of its existing 51,000 square foot home office building to Pantego Bible Church. The church will use the facility for its expanding children's and community programs. This transaction allows SNC to acquire a new facility for its headquarters.

"We've been pleased to be neighbors with Pantego Bible Church for years, and this is another opportunity to support the church and community," says Trace Ledbetter, senior vice president of service.

SNC will be moving its operation to a larger facility recently purchased in Bedford, Texas. The 200,000 square foot building sits on an 18-acre campus.

"Our new facility will allow us to keep our operations centralized and all our employees together as we continue to grow, which is important to our staff, their families, and the community," says Ledbetter. "Our new, larger headquarters also provides expanded office space for additional service and call-center support, enables State National to meet and exceed our customer needs now and well into the future, and provides a resource for new jobs in the community."
