State National Announces Purchase of New Corporate Headquarters

Corporate expansion fueled by growing base of customers and employees

Fort Worth, Texas – April 15, 2009 - State National Companies (SNC), a national leader in collateral protection insurance (CPI) solutions, has completed the purchase of a new facility to house its corporate headquarters.

The property includes a 205,000 square-foot building on an 18-acre campus in Bedford, Texas. It is located approximately five miles northeast of the previous facility, as well as five miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport south entrance. The building replaces the company's previous headquarters on Anderson Boulevard in Fort Worth, which has been acquired by Pantego Bible Church.

"We were bursting at the seams in our Anderson location," says Trace Ledbetter, senior vice president of service. "A new corporate headquarters was both necessary and made possible due to the efforts of our staff and the support of our customers in the financial services industry nationwide, which has propelled State National's growth and success in providing quality collateral protection insurance programs."

"By expanding office space for additional service and call-center support, State National will meet and exceed our customer needs now and well into the future and provide a resource for new jobs in the community," adds Ledbetter.

The move also represents an opportunity for State National to keep its operations centralized, creating greater efficiencies and enabling the company to provide the fastest, most effective customer service.
