State National has earned the FoundSecure™ Seal from Foundstone, a division of McAfee, which signifies that State National maintains our network environment in a security-conscious manner. The certification affirms that State National has undergone and established an ongoing security assessment program and has addressed any identified exposure to security risks. State National’s Information Technology Department employs a rigorous set of quality assurance procedures for software development and testing and monitors our network security to provide uninterrupted service.

In addition, our SAS 70 examination covers not just our data center controls, but processes specific to CPI.

Ease of Use

State National has developed and refined our technology over more than three decades of experience specializing in collateral protection insurance. We provide clients with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service options, and our online tracking system, InsurTrak, helps clients monitor and manage their collateral protection programs. State National also supports industry-standard electronic data interchange (EDI) with all the major automobile insurance carriers and other third parties.
