Terry Ledbetter
Terry is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Program Services Division. Terry is dedicated to enhancing and expanding the Program Services business. He provides ongoing leadership and strategic planning for the company.
Wyatt Blackburn
Wyatt serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Wyatt, a certified public accountant, joined the company in 1978 after beginning his career in public accounting. He is responsible for managing Program Services business and executing the overall strategy.
David Cleff
David serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. His responsibilities include expanding program services business and managing its contracts. In addition, David has oversight of all corporate legal matters, including compliance and insurance regulation. David has more than 15 years experience in the insurance industry.
Don West
Don serves as Vice President of Client Services. His duties include client support, oversight/audit and consulting services. He has a broad insurance management experience, including service, marketing and technology.
Tina GENTILE Milstead
Tina serves as Vice President of Business Development. Her responsibilities include overseeing the business development process and developing new relationships across the industry. In addition, she oversees the Security function which is responsible for reinsurer oversight and collateral monitoring. Tina brings over 10 years of financial expertise as a consultant, banker and CFO.
Kay Gaudin
Kay is Administrative Director of Program Services. Kay joined the company in 1978. Her responsibilities include client development, account monitoring, client communication and the expansion of Program Services business.
